Report: Montrezl Harrell wins 6th man of the Year and Ja Morant wins Rookie of the Year.

Another two awards have just recently come in, and this time it’s the 6th Man of the Year award and the Rookie of the Year award.

The 6th man of the Year Award goes to Montrezl Harrell, a center for the Los Angeles Clippers. This marks three straight 6th man of the Year awards going to a Los Angeles Clippers player, and the 6th times this decade that a Clipper has won the award. They still may not be the best team in Los Angeles, but they have more sixth men this decade than any other team.

The Rookie of the Year award goes to Ja Morant, the #2 pick in the 2019 draft. This would have been a much tougher decision if Zion Williamson, the #1 pick had been healthy the whole season, but since he missed almost 3/4 of the season due to injury, he got 3rd place in this contest. The runner-up went to Kendrick Nunn, an undrafted rookie who somehow made his way to NBA stardom. He has a very bright future, and so does the Miami Heat; who picked up Duncan Robinson (undrafted) and Tyler Herro (#14).
